• Existing conditions assessment to determine unique site characteristics;
• Detailed design of stream and wetland plan, profile, grading, and vegetation layout;
• Coordination with appropriate regulatory agencies for permit approvals;
• Project implementation with construction inspection; and
• Post-construction monitoring to ensure project success.

Depending on funding sources and regulatory requirements, a conservation easement may be placed on the restoration site to protect the restored ecosystem in perpetuity.
